Order Placement

- For pre-sale items, cancellations are not allowed once the estimated arrival date is confirmed to the customer. A 35% fee of the order amount will apply if the customer insists on cancelling.

- Strict quality control and packing will be conducted on machines within 5-7 days before shipment preparation.

Shipping Methods
- We ship worldwide through major carriers to ensure fast and secure delivery.

- China warehouse: Machines and accessories ship via UPS, DHL or FedEx within 4-8 business days.

- Overseas warehouses: Items ship free within related countries from USA, AU, DE or UK warehouses.

Delivery Timelines
- Tracking numbers become active after a few days. Estimated times still apply if tracking is unavailable.

- Weekend/holidays are excluded from shipping timelines. Actual delivery may vary due to flight/weather conditions.
